Our shipping methods are carefully chosen to ensure that your package arrives in the best condition possible. We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the United States. For orders under $50, we charge a flat rate of $5 for standard shipping. If you require expedited shipping, we offer several options at checkout. If your package is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Big Shadows. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team via email or phone. Please note that items must be in their original condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a return or exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
